Not been on for couple of days.
Visit Sun with daughter and family. They live in Plymouth, so not far away. We were going to swim together, but the sea had other ideas! Pic later. We had lunch in restaurant garden under a flapping canopy which threatened to take off in the wind. Lots of lovely walks, including the beach which featured in Broadchurch. They all had ice cream, and yes, the seagulls struck again! About 6 swooped on my daughter and she was left with a little stump of biscuit. We had a really lovely day.
Yesterday we went to Lyme Regis so I could have a swim in the little sheltered bit. It is still very windy with rough sea everywhere else.
Love to all fruitloops xx
Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!

I haven't been to Littlehampton for probably 60 years. Sunday school outings and day trips for my grandparents who were possibly not much older than we are now. They sat on the beach all day in a folding chair with a blanket and look at us now....moomy off exploring in a camping car, @jayjay the sameNortherneroff to her caravan every other week, out in the sea swimming and me....hiking up and down to the bakers from hill top villages. I guess we are all luckier than we appreciate.....
