Tired Minionwoo well done on u/w bra. I wore one straight after surgery as being a G cup I needed support band wires nowhere near scar which was on top of breast . I only went into non wired for radiotherapy.
Sorry you are still finding sleep evades you Tiredminion. Well done on moving back to a wired bra. My scar is still very sore so that is a long way off for me.
My sleep has been terrible for months now. I fall asleep easily and sleep maybe 2, 3 hours and then wake up at 1am, then I struggle to get back asleep. Sometimes it takes me an hour, sometimes 3 hours.
It doesn't matter if I've exercised that day or had a late night, it's the same every night. Bought CBD oil and have been using it for 6 days but can't say it's made any difference yet.
OK thanks will do. I usually have the bra whipped off by 4pm and my M&S sleep vest on as I can't wear it all day but did notice that there is less hardness at bottom of boob from fluid. I just feel uncomfy in anything at the moment and armpit is still giving me pains. Getting fed up of the aches. Hugs back to you too x
