Awww, Lacomtekp, I hope all goes well for you at the dentist (and that LP doesn’t get his paws on any instruments!) and the mammo is clear, also that your journey can go ahead as planned.
Morning, all, I’m feeling less tearful today, yesterday afternoon and evening was just pants, a few hankies in the wash…..(fortunately they are all large - hubs-size - and very soft as they’ve been washed so often!)
LondonLass I really wish fatigue would leave you alone, and that Bella hasn’t caught kennel cough, it’s nasty!
Thinking of all who have any worries/appointments/treatments this week and hope all goes well

I went to Blists Hill yesterday on a Day Trip.I really didn’t want to go as woke with a cold and migraine, but couldn’t cancel. So off I went and I am glad I did it was perhaps the very last time I will go out for a while and I saw my friends who I only have seen once since lockdown began xxThe news is scaring me a bit about the COVID omicron at the moment xx
Aww, Violetsniff, I too am scared about the latest form of the virus. And Blists Hill is great, have been a few times, once actually before it was open to the public while they were still setting out the site.
Hope your cold goes quickly

Violetsniff sorry about your cold. Blists Hill is really interesting. I think we are all scared about this virus. Take care everyone xx
Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!
LondonLass sorry to hear you still have such bad fatigue. Surely there must be something medics can do for you. I hope your GP is helpful xx

Good luck at the dentist lacomtekp, hope LP is a comfort! Fatigue is the worst londonlass, my friend is an occupational therapist and she sent me this link
https://www.longcovid.org/resources/patients#fatigue-management
which I hope works. It’s actually about fatigue in long covid patients but the principals are the same and I found it helpful x
LP and I are sitting in the waiting room. LP is astonished by the fact that everyone wears masks....in the street, in the café , in the buildings.....
I have promised tea if he behaves. OH is waiting in the cafe. I still don't know what the treatment is going to be but LP is sensing my terror and being extremely good.....
So I was wrong. My amazing dentist has tried yet again to save my chemo damaged teeth. This time he removed the nerves and is rebuilding the outside shell. The equiptment he has is unbelievable. From the beginning I had no pain. He numbed the gum with some sort of blue light before injecting so I never even felt the needle. And LP.....well, he knew I was shaking with fear and he sat on my knee without moving the entire time. I suspect different behaviour during the mammogram on Wednesday but he certainly deserves a treat, day out tomorrow!
Now, I have antibiotics to take if an infection develops and not to take if it doesn't . He gave me the prescription in case because Christmas is near and sometimes an infection develops ten days later. That's good care, don't you think?
