.
Doesn’t sound bossy at all. Fear not my friend .
In my previous life as a “normal , oblivious to cancer “ person I hated social media . Never went on Facebook and was on Instagram for my work only .
Joining this forum has completely changed my way of thinking . As I explained to a friend from my past life “it’s a bunch of women doing what women do best “ supporting , sharing , non judgemental .
This forum has demonstrated the power of women at their very best .
No showing off , no competitive behaviour . Simple , honest friendships .
The women on here have been a bloody godsend to me .
I want to thank all of you .

No not bossy at all, thank for the tip! I’ve been sleeping a lot better of late although I wake regularly for hot sweats and toilet runs! My 12 year old had decided to come on with me the last two nights having nightmares which hasn’t helped!! Nice to hear from you, I only joined in July I think! X
It went very well thank younNortherner, roads clear and fun chatting over drinks and mince pies at the end. Hope your UTI clears soon xxx
Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!
Glad your concert went well, our two had separate gigs last night too, daughter in a brass quintet concert in St Albans cathedral, son with his orchestra more locally in Milton Keynes.
Me? A quiet evening dozing in front of the tv after my first ling day at the museum!
Hugs xxx

night everyone sleep well
Hi all. Hope everyone is staying safe!! Don’t know about you all but I feel the news is just getting more and more depressing by the minute!! So am back to NOT watching it. Can’t be doing with hearing all these numbers that they seem to pluck from somewhere!!
Anyway on a more positive note, we’ll for those of us who enjoy Christmas! It’s just 12 more days and it’ll be Christmas Day!!
Santa Paws will be visiting all the well behaved Dogs, Cats, Guinea Pigs, hamsters etc etc etc! As long as they have been good of course! Poor Pebbles has just got over a mild case of Kennel Cough ( she is vaccinated) BUT it now looks like Bella might have it too! She’s not coughing but sneezing ALOT! Bless her! Hoping it doesn’t stop her having her vaccinations which are due tomorrow! Fur babies, they bring so much joy but also so much worry! Much like children I guess!!
Anyway, I will try and read through the posts. Try and catch up! Sorry I’ve not been on for a little while, been REALLY struggling with Fatigue the last few weeks! I think in the new year, after my scan and Onco appt I really must try and get an appointment with GP! As this Fatigue just seems relentless and although I know I have Cancer and a few other issues, surely Stable disease shouldn’t cause this much fatigue! Of course still being awake at this time won’t help, although as we all know fatigue doesn’t seem to be affected by sleep, strangely enough!
However I will try and settle down for the night! Looks l8ke we might have some celebrating to do soon Keep Chatting Fruit Loops! Not long till we hit 37000 posts!! That will be a great way to Celebrate Christmas!
Love and Hugs to all you Fruit Loops. Sal xxxxx
Good morning....
Dentist this afternoon. Mammogram Wednesday morning so I'll keep LP over and pop him back on Eurostar in the afternoon. Does he like dentists and how is his Rumanian? Our young dentist comes from there. Tomorrow we can go and find his favourite French treats ....patisserie( definitely) a good red ( better than squash) and this is a good time for Foie Gras( but I don't think he'll get it through customs this time. Post Brexit duty has meant that we have lost most of the English products on our supermarket shelves so I imagine the reverse. Our British market stall has had to bypass UK and buy from Dublin! That certainly helps British producers.)
Now for the 06.00 news. Let's see if the trip to Portugal is still viable. I watch with trepidation daily . If we're locked down.....it's off....
LP has hopefully arrived there safely Lacomtekp! As you know LP is fluent in most Languages! Or at least he knows every type of food in all languages
Hope the dentist goes well Hun and of course your. Mammogram on Wednesday! Then hopefully you’ll be off for a lovely Christmas break with your Son! Sending lots of love your way. Sal xxxx
p.s LP has been instructed to behave himself as Santa Paws WILL be watching!!! Hmmmm let’s see if that works?!
