.
I’ve fought tiredness all day so why can’t I sleep now?
nothing is particularly stopping me. Just can’t drop off.
Oh how I feel your pain!
Finally got off to sleep just after midnight only to be wide awake again .
This is the same frustrating pattern every night .
Ho Hum ….,

Good morning all........
Coffee and tea ready!
Busy day today.....OH has another birthday. The year's don't stand still! Lunch with friends.
When I asked him what he would like as a present, he said ' Christmas in Portugal'. We laughed but as the afternoon progressed we thought' why not?' I have a birthday in December too and if we make it a no present Christmas, we can just afford to go. Then when I looked I found you could have 28 days self catering for the price of 15. So we are off to inland Faro starting rental on Christmas eve and staying for four weeks. We didn't have any family coming to us but actually our son is in Spain working so he might join us there. It's not a luxury villa but it has a beautiful view and looks 'homely'. We will drive there.
We decided that we must learn from the cancer and the pandemic and do things now! I mention this only because I know some of you are struggling with treatments and I want to give you hope for life beyond...........
