.
Morning all, hope anyone who has any medical appointments or treatments today finds they go well…..
I gather parts of the country had torrential rain yesterday? Euston station and train lines were apparently under water….. hope you’re all ok!

Sorry you’re feeling low , as you say, dry unlike you. Has the house gone through yet? That can’t be helping. Xx
Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!
This morning I woke up at 4.30 am (and got up, arm still hurts) so I'm hardly a person to tell anyone how to go to sleep, but did find this today:
How to have the best sleep of your life, writes DR KARAN RAJ | Daily Mail Online
no wonder you're feeling under the weather, all those treatments to go through. You have done great. Hope the house move picks up that will cheer you. Sending hugs xxx

Good morning....
It's a bank holiday here today....Fete National..le 14 Juillet .....
Weather is better but not normal. It's so cold but I see a glimmer of sun. There are things we could do today.....brocante, special restaurant meals but this year ( sensibly?) in our locality no fireworks.
Yesterday was exactly five years since I finished my treatment for TNBC. I finished with radiotherapy and back then I had 33 sessions.
I hope for anyone having chemo, radiotherapy or hormone inhibitors today, it goes as well as possible.
This is for you all....it's a Hortensia for those who like to know names but I call it my ' butterfly flower' because at a distance the little white flowers always look like butterflies surrounding a mauve flower!
Bon journée à tous!
Happy holiday Lacomtekp
Dreary weather this morning but hopefully it will improve later in time for my meetup with friends. I've not looked back through thread as there's always so much going on. I do hope things are going as well as possible for everyone.

Xx
