Morning Moomy. I was up at 3.40am and have not been back to sleep. Been planning my day and my weekend in my head and watching the sun come up. Need to get out and go do my early morning walks again! X

WhatHappened have you lost your automatic signature? I had to redo mine when site changed ( had to ask where on earth had it gone ) If you want to put your pic signature back on try this if you can on computer
Click on your ID pic top right you should hopefully get drop down saying Profile ,Settings
click on settings
at bottom of that page is the place to put signature
LondonLass, glad acupuncture is doing something, but so frustrating when it was so much better before!
Thank you for asking, and Northerner and GodWilling, progressing well with the knee. I’m finding the exercises painful and tiring but you see improvement straight away, which is encouraging I’m finding it a bit frustrating not being able to do so many things, I,e carry things, wash my feet, and the crutches keep falling over, but I am pleased with the result so far. The hospital did not give me enough analgesics , so I ended up having to take out of date meds ,edt over from when I had shingles, but the GP came to the rescue. And of course DH is being so caring and patient.I’m a terrible patient! Love to all fruit loops xxxx
