  • Thanks  I am off to bed now to start visualising and using my audio tapes and hope for some decent sleep.
Chemo at 2pm tomorrow and I will update everyone on how it goes.
As prepared as I can be!

Wishing you all peace and calm in the storm...with a helping of laughter and joy to bring healing Heart️

  • Thank you . Scans went well, bit of a rush to get home for lunch and back fir the appt. would normally got to a cafe, but not at the mo.
All being well I am to ha e a new R knee in April, once my cataract has settled and been signed off, and my very watery eye has been dealt with. I have to slot the bladder Botox in there somewhere too....but at least by then my antibodies and T cells should be ready fir any COVID .

LP really enjoyed himself. He loves MRI scans for some reason!? He joined in with my singing, and the radiographer thought he was so cute she allowed a little scan of his paw. He was thrilled. He enjoyed lunch with us, and a little play on DH’s trains, then on the way back he found my replacement Kit Kat’s. Full of chocolate he arrived at the appt. He saw his paw on the scan, and the consultant told him it was very healthy looking and would need no surgery, and gave him a copy to take home. He enjoyed looking at mine too and got the idea of the anatomy very well. He kept asking about the absence of the prepatellar cartilage!!! Bone rubbing on bone ouch. I sent him back on his magic carpet , and thank you for sending him xx

Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!

so glad it went ok today xx

  •  A new knee in time for Spring, that's great news.  Lots of lovely spring walks to look forward to.

All the best Dclem4 really hoping chemo goes well for you. It sounds like on the whole it's very doable with meds to counter most side effects should you have any.
