  • Tried maca and spirunela and all sorts of other stuff and I find it all begins to stress me out as where on earth do you stop?  There is so much  out there and so much information that it was doing my head in so I stopped and keep it simple.  Fruit, veg, exercise, fresh air exercise and sunshine (Vit D when no sun).

Re fruit picking (can't find your post but saw it somewhere) I think I've spent too much time around doctors and I'm covering my arse haha.  You never know, we're all a bit nuts on this site and when we're drugged up and out for a walk well who knows...

Hope you're feeling better and better xx

  • glad you’re improving ... hope you can get home soon xx

  • Really glad you’re imrivjnv,  and hope you can get home soon, hospices can be wonderful at sorting drugs out and balancing stuff so it becomes easier to cope.

  • Hello lovely ladies.....

I want to say a massive thank you for the juicing, smoothie and food ideas... the nut roast sounds amazing.

I don't want to seem ungrateful that I've not said thank you, so, "Thank You".......   It has taken me till now to be able to come on here, I have the headache from hell, I'm not a headachy person, this is horrible.  I know I need to go to the doctors about all this - but I'm scared, scared about the virus and scared about what will happen... (new name for me, What Will Happen).  In the meantime, I am cutting out the chocolate and crisps.  I've taken an ibuprofen to see it this will ease my head (I've not been out anywhere other than mums for New Years Eve and mum hasn't been out at all) - so I am sure it is not the dreaded virus.

I'm going now, I will be taking photos of the pages to with the suggestions on for good food's  - I certainly need them, I smiled when Grogg said she has about 3 pears a week.... I've not had fruit for goodness knows how long.  This has to change, I just wished I was so knowledgeable as you all are with this - i have some ideas to be going on with, thank you.  Now I need to book online delivery - that will have to wait till tomorrow.... head hurts too much.

Don't think I'm ignoring you all - honestly I'm not - back soon....

In the meantime, sending love and hugs to you all xxxxxxx

I'm hoping this makes sense - only my mind says one thing and my fingers type whatever they like x
  • Headache must be bad if you going to bed please take your temperature as well although as you say you don't go out so shouldn't be a prob .

  • Oh  sounds dreadful, I’ve had a niggling headache for a few days so I’m taking alternate paracetamol and ibuprofen. Try (easier said than done) not to worry it is linked to virus, you are very careful and worrying will make it worse. Hope you can get a good rest, moomy will have plenty of dust to share, hugs xx

  • , I’m into homeopathy. It has been a life saver for. E throughout my illnesses. I have regular consults with a homeopathic doc by Skype, treatment fir depression and PTSD. I have my stash of remedies for all my Hosp admissions, and they akways contribute to my rapid recovery. I am a retired GP and homeopathic doc myself and have always used it extensively looking after patients. I would not advise on here myself as it is better to consult a homeopath directly. Agree with your post anaesthetic advice though xx

Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!
