.
Hey WhatHappenedif you have early afternoon bath and put pj on you might get into sleep mode earlier than 5am .
Northerner, Margaret, this is worth a try.....
I will confess, I don't have trouble sleeping as such, its just at the right times or I could sleep 24 hours a day. I struggle to stay awake, I feel tired all the time, I never feel 'alive' or raring to go - just phhhh (can't spell or say the word I feel - just no get up and go, it's already got up and gone, leaving me here arrrrghhh).
Grogg love the snowman pics on zoom , love all the snow pics and funny posts from you and WhatHappened. Used to hate snow, but have really enjoyed walking in it last few days. Always scared if falling as am a bit wobbly, but drag DH out with me. It dies him good to get some exercise. Because I walk
owly (comparatively) these days I tell him to go off fast ahead of me and come back, like dogs do, call it his ‘dog act’. Sounds a but dubious
but that way we can go for walks together and both enjoy it.
LondonLass please can I have LP for Tuesday.? I have my cataract follow up , and also awaiting my CT scan result. Please tell him the cafe is open
Belated Happy New Year to all fruit loops. Have tried to post it last 2 nights and fell asleep in mid post! Xxx
Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!
Lethargic is the word you might be looking for ....what you need to find out is what might be causing it . Go to Gp/ nurse and get bloods done to see if it is sugar or if it thyroid . As for your get up and go it came back and stayed a while when you did bit of exercise and keyboard warrior on site feedback thread lol
I agree WhatHappened, we should have a prize for the craziest thing a fruitloop has done all week! And also big thanks to all support workers..
I went marching out determined to have a very long walk on maybe the coldest day so far....I saw two neighbours and one was my old Hosp Sister and we had ever such a long chat, then a nice-looking neighbour...did my long walk, and when I was looking in a shop window,I realised I had my hat on almost back to front, and the bow was sitting persched over my eyebrows and looking a bit wild.Oh well.....It doesn’t really matter does it?
and I do hope your cataract check up goes ok and LP is well-behaved xx
I would have read back but it only allowed one page.......oh my, the thread has been busy today!
seaspirit44, I hope the cataract appointment is ok, how is your vision now? Has it stabilised? I hope so.
WhatHappened, love the idea of an afternoon bath and then pj’s! For me it would be my onesie.....but I bet it would relax you ready to prevaricate for an hour or two and then set that sleep-clock right again! Yes I agree, you need to know if thyroid is being normal or not, or if the high sugars are due to something else.
Those with snow, take care, especially as it thaws, that’s when I fell and broke my wrist 10 + years back. It’s more slippery as it melts!!! Wrist wasn’t displaced and is fine, I got full movement and strength back (used to be a hand therapist part of my time as an OT, there was no way I was going to allow it to be a bad result!)

I've learnt a trick with reading back on the older pages ...... if you click either two or three pages back you know the page numbers at the bottom ... only an example .... 324 325 326 327 and your on the latest page (328) if you click on 324 or 326 it will "should" take you back to previous pages - crazy but it works for me xxx
That’s if you get page numbers, which on a mobile you don’t, sadly......
