Hi everyone and HAPPY NEW YEAR x. I did post the other day to say I loved the fox pics but I think it deleted. We had one in our field the other night. It stood out in the snow. I'm an avid wildlife lover and Bird feeder so I was thrilled. Hope everybody is ok and love to anyone struggling xxx

Oh how I miss welsh cakes. My daughter in law's mum makes wonderful welsh cakes. She made 200 for son's wedding and the sane again for her granddaughters wedding. I could never understand why anyone would want to make chocolate chip welsh cakes (found on Cardiff market). They are best eaten straight off the bakestone. When we were courting, a friend and I used go to my now husband's house for lunch. His mum used to bake on Saturday morning and would make 2 large tins of them and in less than an hour my friend and I would empty a tin.
Yes, Optimistic. I'll send him along. Good luck!

Ha ! If you find the plot let me know Grogg being shielded is sending me nuts ! Must admit since covid I now have baths early afternoon I no longer have a inner clock or calender for working out days they all the same .
.So early bath and PJ are now the big day/night out
Our snow is getting rained on now but it did look lovely at 7.30 . I'm more upset at not being at caravan which is where we usually are at NY until jan5th . This year the plan was not to shut the site so I was looking forward to deep snow .
At this time of year they put snow barriers down on pennine route so can get snowed in .
This was a couple of years ago
Love it for walking in
Wow Grogg that post about being in the bath made me laugh..... with water in.... you are certainly a Fruit Loop and have a great sense of humor .... as for what day is it, I wanted to say Saturday, but it feels like a Sunday.... then again, every day is feeling like a Sunday, wherefore, it must be Tuesday
