well I ate Welsh cakes I received in a gift from friends in Wales . 
another good series on Netflix is Bridgerton  Can be a wee bit Naughty !! But it’s very good . Not watched it all yet . 
 Going to try to sleep but remember Margaret Thatcher ran the country on very little sleep ( don’t know if that was good or bad though )

Hi Northener, big thank you to your sister and her daughter for what they do.  It must be really tough working on the front line.  I try to tell them to take care and I think they do for the most part it's just not so easy for them. They are young and healthy so I don't worry too much.  Hope you had a good start to 2021 and that you are happily asleep right now.

Owwww who's making all the noise.... owww it looks moomyand Ruby Rose have got up and having a bite to eat.... now here's me trying to be good arrrghhh - narrrr I'm starving  will I hold out, trouble is, I can't sleep on an empty stomach owwww zzzzz xxxx
