.
Nice idea to see it xmas eve hopefully cloud will clear .
That’s brilliant news for your granddaughter Northerner gives me confidence i will find something x
GodWilling, glad your scan went ok, even if someone tried to put you off, will be thinking of you tomorrow, when you get your results.
My blood tests weren’t back tonight so hopefully they will be back in the morning, ready to take my second dose at tea time.
That's annoying as the waiting is awful especially if you thought you might get them today. I thought you were expecting them on the 23rd - my brain just isn't working well at the moment. All the best for tomorrow hugs and xx
How’s the appetite GodWilling stressful couple of days for you so bet you haven’t felt like eating but don’t want you wasting away on us xx
Just popping on to catch up! Wishing everyone as best a Christmas as you can cobble together! Will just be the 4 of this year....but actually I am really looking forward to it! No stress...a chilled out, happy time....!
2.5 years since diagnosis....all recent blood tests are fine and physically I am feeling a bit more rock ‘n’ roll! . Mentally still find it hard...
Hoping for a chance to sit down and go through all the comments on Awake....but in the meantime, sending hugs and positive thoughts to all who need it! We are a tough lot...tougher than we ever thought! I will always feel a part of this thread....and that makes me proud! And lucky!
GGx
I could do with a little bit more wasting away around my belly hahaha. I've been a bit better with food today, smoothies work really well so had that for breakfast and then managed an egg and some toast. Life is just too weird sometimes, I bought all this food and now one of my son's can't come to us and I've gone off food.
What are you doing for Christmas, what tier are you in?
Hi Galligirl must admit beginning to feel like someone has given me a day off for Christmas lol just the two of us so it'll be very quiet . Daughter and partner coming no around to meet in garden and open presents which have been wrapped for weeks and residing in isolation
My last herceptin on the 29th finally jumping off the three weekly cycle . Just bisphosonate infusions til 2022 . Glad you feel like you getting yourself back
GodWilling It’s always the way, best laid plans and all that. Good that you managed something today though. Oh that’s sad your son won’t be able to come. Christmas will be very quiet for us and to be honest I’M quite looking forward to it as I normally have everyone round to mine at some point through the day and cook for everyone. But we have all decided to be extra careful this year with family members who work in the hospital, my sister is a special care baby nurse, and my new granddaughter is only 5 months so everyone is staying home. We are tier 2 here in Chester but have feeling it will be 3 come the next review. so it will be myself, hubby and my baby (22 years old, but still my baby, I’m never letting him leave ) for Christmas Day.
So I’m hoping your other son will be with you,? and will your husband be back?
It is definitely going to be a Christmas like no other for many reasons but we must make the most of it xxxx
