Oh,I LOVE a your doggie masks,Northerner!Am going to take a pic of it and send it to my little friend.I went out with her Dad many years ago,and we have remained friends ever since. She suffers from Depression and doesn’t go out,but we “have a chat”sometimes by text during each day.If I am out I always take a picture of a dog for her as she loves them.I loved this humongous one yesterday!!

Gorgeous dog Violetsniff if you or your friend go on Facebook . There is a site dedicated to Max the spaniel short blog videos of what he and his friends get up to . Think it's called Maxoutinthelakes or something similar . Also got a book Which is the story of him and his owner and how they have raised thousands for charity
Morning, fruit loops, I’m late this morning (but have been busy as of course we aren’t at the museum) as I’ve made my Christmas puddings, one large and one smaller, the large is steaming (minimum 6 hours) and the smaller is waiting in the fridge to steam tomorrow.
changed bedding which is washed and on the line outside hoping to dry; but at least freshen!
sat with a coffee now!
stay safe all
hugs xxx
Moomy
Breadmaking for me this morning moomy sorted a couple of bags of clothes for charity collection whilst dough was proving .
Looking thru wardrobes got some warm jkts and coats that must have shrunk while hanging in w/robe ( don't know how that happens ) . Will need to find what they are doing in our area this year .Last year you could hang the warm coats etc at picking up points for the homeless so they could try on and chose one .
You been very busy enjoy your coffee
Northernermany thanks,Northerner!! I have located Max and now have asked my little friend to follow it xx
Isnt it odd how clothes can shrink when you’re not watching them, Northerner?!?!?
I’ve enjoyed watching James Martin on tv, always miss some of the great cookery programmes by volunteering at the museum!
Hugs xxx

Hi everyone
Just a quick note to say I’m taking a break from the forum for a while, The care home that my husband is in has given 1 month’s notice that they can no longer meet his needs and he has to be moved to somewhere else. I received this news just as I came away from a consultation with my cancer consultant, I had been warned of this was on the cards the day before andI forgot half I wanted to say to the consultant. As you can imagine I’m totally stressed out as I’m unable to explain things to him or to look for somewhere suitable I really feel let down by the care home. I dread to think what this move will do to him. They were aware that we were going into lockdown again and yet they consider it ok to do this to my husband.
Take care everyone - thinking of you all and sending hugs to those who need them.
I have asked Macmillan to stop notification to me for a while, but hope to be back once this is all sorted.
Lynne x
