Hi ...online grocery shopping....I just love it!!

i had to go onto it after my op a few years ago as I couldn’t carry all my heavy bags after DIEP,and local taxis wouldn’t take me as I was a small fare.Yes...don’t get me started...that’s when I discovered invisible illness”...anyway...I put it off as I liked going to town and bought my shopping in small quantities more often.The one day I DID start it.And I felt like I was living in a hotel!I still go to town everyday there is still lots of reason to have my walk.xx

Optimistic, you can text LP and he will come. He has his own phone, LondonLass does not mind late requests on this manner. Good luck.

Hi Judith , boiler service  flu jab  buy car hopefully done  halfway thru online grocery shop ......hate it !

our area not on lockdown yet but rest of region is so we decided if we wanted to look for car it needed to be today . 

We decided that as hubby liked driving the Nissan note we'd go for same . They don't make them anymore but garage can get the one I saw on line at their Nottingham garage . Very low mileage and a good price so hope to view next week .

I went for a pixie look before chemo (EC) then hairdresser kept it tidy didn't shave till just before last one in Dec. Hair was just starting to grow when I started to shield in March . Now getting third haircut tomorrow since July ..keeping it short .

Optimistic hope the colonoscopy goes well. If LP didn't get the call up....perhaps my thoughts will help instead. Very familiar with this procedure but not what it feels like....OH has one every 5 years.

hope the weekend isn't too difficult for your OH preparing for his procedure on Monday and that they find all is ok.

The storm is upon us although as yet not quite as violent as other areas. We still have power but I suspect it will cut before too long. The wind is extremely strong and the rain heavy with it......

I am having a lovely time, relaxing and enjoying being away from home! 

Just popping on to wish Optimistic all the best for todays endoscopy. I know you are dreading it, totally understandable, but you've done it before you know you can do it. Just think once you are in there it's all very quick and it'll be over for another year or more hopefully!!

Of course LP is on his way to hold your hand........

Got to be honest he wasn't impressed at being dragged away from the hot tub, which he's really taken a liking too and not to mention a certain lady guinea pig who has caught his eye . Jut when I mentioned that Aunty Optimistic needed him he was straight off to meet up with you. Hope he has arrived safely!
