Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!
seaspirit44 I LOVE your hair! Please don’t change that colour, it’s wonderful! I wish I could just get my mop cut and tamed though I’m happy with silvery white....Wish I were half as brave! and yes if I really let rip about my feelings I’d be off the site, let alone on the naughty step!
by the way, did anyone know when we came out of ‘stage 5’ and get to ‘stage 1’ allowing sport to resume?
stay safe, all!
Hugs xxx

Thanks . Will bear in mind, sounds a good idea. I have a radar key and carry loads of stuff round with me(i self catheterise) With covid I cannot go to toilets en route, which exacerbates the problem. Poor you, diarrhoea is so much worse to cope with than bladder probs ! I have bowel issues too but not as frequent. Thank you for being so frank. No one talks about such things and it is good to bring it out into the open.
Are you ready for the escape team yet? xxx

Hi Moomy
It's dreadful, same here on the coast. When I took the car for its little run on Thursday I just couldn't believe the traffic, worse than during the peak holiday season. On both sides of the road where the entrance to the recycling centre is there are cones fior quite a way and signs saying not to park on the highway. This is a busy road and if they were queuing both sides it was so dangerous for other traffic. What are these people thinking, I suppose they don't think do they - they just care about themselves.
My neighbour and I had a distance chat in my garden yesterday, we would both love to go down to the sea front but we are staying put for the moment. The only times I've been out in the last twelve weeks, is one walk at 6:30 am along the sea front and three little drives in the car to make sure it still runs ok.
I do feel for you puzzler - I have my garden so it must be so difficult for you, but stay safe.
Seaspirit - hope your feeling better.
Take care everyone, and keep safe.
Hi. Seaspirit44,
I see you say you are using drops at night, have you tried a gel, they last longer and it should get you through the night? It's what I have used, with drops in the day..There are artificial saliva sprays and pastilles you can try for you mouth,if you haven't already.
I can't sleep, especially IIn this weather I am going to treat myself to an electric fan and see if that helps, can anyone on here recommend a quiet one?
