Hi @seaspirit44
Glad you managed to get some sleep and are feeling a little better this morning.
We all get those bad days but that's yesterday and today is another day. Think covid is definately affecting our mental health.
Hope you have a better day.

Thank you . I went for a walk at 7, and it was lovely, very quiet and restorative xx
Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!
Morning all, sorry you have been feeling so low seaspirit44, no need to apologise for ranting. Each of the issues you mention would be hard enough on their own, let alone suffering them all plus the added anxieties and restrictions with COVID. Hope your walk has helped bolster your inner strength, it’s being sorely tested at the moment. Walking is so calming and rejuvenating, well done for getting out so early, a good start to the day.
Will try to attach some bright red poppies from Friday’s walk, the colour was so vibrant. Sending lots of love and a big virtual hug, and of course lots of love to all the fruit loops , HFxxxx
We are twins , I feel your distress , I am tired of feeling so ill to, and I did everything I was told...
my dry mouth is horrible, saw cancer dietician but the sensible suggestions never materialised
i cannot make it to the loo in the middle of the night , if I wake up with little warning from deep sleep, so embarrassing
being tired ( exhausted ) makes everything worse , do you find ? It is on my paperwork but I get little help.
i am self medicating now as all sorts were turning up at odd times
nights are so long when you are desperate to sleep
as long as the PICC line works they are happy , I have to be proactive about drain dressings etc myself
i have bleed into my left( good arm muscle ) courtesy of cleaner , so now my black left arm matches my black right leg , and sets off my yellow eyes nicely
i wish I could help , but perhaps some empathy is the best I can do , have a little weep if you need to , we are on a long hard road.......
nothing is so bad it stops the sun rising , and he is isolated too
sending good vibes and prayers

Proactive text....the cleaner didn’t damage my arm , the cllexane. Did it ......whoops !
Oh dear, sending massive hugs to you both, seaspirit44 and and hoping you feel more ‘yourself’ and get enough rest and sleep.
did anyone see that this thread is over 1,700 pages? WOW!
Sending love and lots of virtual hugs to all xxx

Well finally they have remembered the high risk people . Apparently from Monday our quarantine can be eased . You can go out with one member of your household but if you live alone you can go with one from another household . Announcement this afternoon .
Brilliant for those who live alone in flats can finally get air and it will help the mental health of all .please be careful but enjoy
I'm at hospitals Monday and Thursday so there's my trip out . Will think about early morning walk to try to gain some fitness back . Depends on how the relationship is between only other member of household is ....hubby ... bit strained after 12 weeks lockdown !!
I know I don't sound very excited but rate of infection. In NE is .8 so still way too high .4 in London.

......sorry you having such a rough time. There is nothing I can do but send a cyber hug. Just remember that you are never forgotten......
Are you well enough to get outside tomorrow and meet a friend? I do hope so as I'm sure it would be better for you than any medecine. I remember you saying at the start of sheilding you could not do it for twelve weeks but look......you've done it. And you didn't catch Covid19 by doing it. So now you have permission to meet your friend....with care obviously.......I do hope you have the strength to get there.
Thank you HappyFeet1, moomy and . Just having a weepy day today, will be better tomorrow. Better out than in as they say!
, what a dreadful time you are having. I’m so sorry. You have such a wonderful sense of humour despite all the crap. Do keep posting. I was wondering how you were.
, NorthernerI can understand why you are underwhelmed. Nice to be able to go for an early morning walk, but not safe to do much else, whatever they say! take care.
Love to all fruitloops xxx
