AWAKE.........

Anyone else have this issue?

Just as i have cooled down and feel ready to sleep, I need to go!! I try and ignore it, but it's no good, when you've got to go, you've got to go!!

Already over heating!! Fan on, no bed covers, not much else I can do.

HOW ABOUT THIS.??

Well I managed 4 hours, woke at 2.50. Stayed awake until about 6 then I dropped back off for another 2 hours. Result: feel like crap again.

Hope you start to feel more awake soon, this not sleeping properly really I'd the pitts. I ve so far managed 15mins, then woke boiling hot! Currently cooling down which gave me time to find this especially for you!

Thanks xxxx I'm sort of ok. Been out for coffee and am heading for a nanna nap I think.

Here's another suggestion - tai chi. I used to do it years ago, so I think I might give it another go. Can't hurt anyway.

Glad you've had a nice day! I've been awake on and off all night!! Although only had minor flushes/sweats........I think I'm finally getting somewhere. But don't want to speak too soon!
