AWAKE.........

Yorkshire puddings today ! Found recipe , pictures great, they looked well risen! Recipe 'chickpea flour'. Not in my store cupboard pre quarantine! So used trusty BBC . No rise, oat not soya milk and added salt/pepper but tasted very good .

I halved recipe and it made 4/5

I'm like you, I can't function without my cuppa regardless of the time of day.

I have to go to hospital for a series of blood tests tomorrow. I'm feeling quite nervous about potential exposure. Wish me luck.

Reality is we cannot avoid exposure but viral load seems to be an issue .  Therefore by self isolating you are limiting your exposure and maybe slight exposure builds some immunity. That's my reasoning to keep me sane !!

good luck tomorrow . I'm back at hospital tomorrow for Herceptin so first time out  since last Herceptin three weeks ago .

I'll do as I did last time loose easy wash clothing ,gloves ,antibac,wipes ,tissues .mask. .....Military operation 

I don't drive so hubby will take me . I'll be in back so still got some distancing ( He vulnerable but not High Risk so allowed out ) .

He will stay in car at hospital , my entrance is at rear of hospital so away from Covid  entrances . At my unit you are told to wash hands lower arm with soap and hot water before entering and again on exit on exit after washing hands I put gloves on and dispose as I leave hospital .

when I home clothes go in wash I go in shower . Then Relax til next time lol

They are very careful and if you haven't been since Shutdown you will find a very different hospital . When I had bloods done last month it was one room one phlebotomist and me . No queue or crowed waiting room ...weird .
