I know, early doors again! Feel so tired and as always dream of my head hitting the pillow and waking up refreshed, 12 hours later, skin looking like a 49 year old, oh...and lost half a stone overnit!
. Dream....dream big!
on the plus side, either by having cortisone injections or changing letrozole tablets....my joints are sooooo much better...,I’ll keep you posted!
Sweet dreams my dear fruit loops...whoever or whereover you may be....we are here...
Hi Fruit Loops, just nipping in to pinch a handful of mommy's Sleep Fairy Dust, I can feel it working already - mind you, I think I picked up the wrong one first..... I'm sneezing my head off here, I reckon I have picked up the Living Room Dust up in error.
Owww anyone else getting worried about even going out 'in front or back garden' - our grass needs cutting, said to hubby I feel okay with him doing the back garden, but, the front, well, it doesn't sit comfortably with me - arrrrrgggghhhhh
I had not long got over going out for a walk on my own, so maybe this is triggering this again - I don't know arrrggghhhh.
Right Fruit Loops, I'm off the Sleep Fairy Dust is working - Nighty Night - Sweet Dreams and most of all..... Remember 'You are not alone' - You are here in the Forum which means You are here with us, we are together and together we have strength - any worries you have will be eased xxx
Morning all, just caught up on this page and it’s hilarious! LondonLass I don’t know where you found that photo of our dog!!! I’ll try to post a photo of he, she’s very similar. Can’t remember all the funny posts but thanks for starting my day with many smiles! The distancing dress is great Northerner, perfect for shopping!
Wishing everyone as good a weekend as possible in these weird and anxious times. Love to all, HFxx
Morning all!
I hope the sleepy dust helped? There certainly weren’t too many posts after I’d replenished it!
today’s plan includes a phone call to/from one of the organisers in our town’s help scheme. I may need their services but volunteered mine as an ear for anyone anxious or lonely.
After that, my usual exercise indoor jog/step to music and some piano practise and keeping my hunger down with regular drinks (hubs and I are successfully both losing weight!) Might get out the wii too.
Then I have a plan; we are allowed out for exercise each day, I might do a bit of foraging on mine!
Hugs xxx
