.
it’s a short drive away but was very busy today. LondonLass the dog walkers were out in force. I spent 19 years telling my hubby and daughter why we couldn’t have a dog but then DD turned vegan so Ive had peace for 5 years! I grew up with a dog and it was work for my mother so I know I would get landed with it! I’m not an animal person so no pets here !
Night night all you lovely fruit loops, sleep well.
sleepy fairy dust for all who wish it......

Hi moomy
can I have some fairy dust please ! Don’t know why I can’t sleep but 2 yrs ago just now I got the dreaded letter just before new year with 1st recall appointment on 3rd January , life changed for ever , not all bad , I try never to waste a day and enjoy life to the full . But the memory of it all comes back out of the deep crevice in my brain where it is filed , maybe to remind me not to take life for granted . Also Christmas and Nee Year are packed full of memories ,
Thdn with the new year comes the reminder that my annual check up will be due in March .
maybe now I’ve written it down, will allow me to drift off . Might need to kick hubby ( accidentally) he is snoring !!!
night night all
love

Ruby Rose........
Anniversaries always seem to kick up mixed memories. However sometimes it’s good to look back at how far you have come! It reminds you that you made it through those darkest of days and that you came out the other side!
As for upcoming mammograms, together we will get through them! Mines Feb/March time! Although I tell myself I already have Secondary Cancer, so what difference will this mammogram make?! I still worry until that letter drops through the door saying all is fine!
It’s only natural to worry Hun! But worrying won’t change the results. So try not to think too much about it until you get your appointment through and remember LP will be more than happy to hold your hand! Take Care Hun! Sal xxxxx
Hi Ruby Rose,
I hope you helped yourself to sleepy dust and hope it helped? As LondonLass says, anniversaries bring all the worries back. Hope all is well for you though...
