.
Sorry that you've had to join the roller coaster that no-one wants to be on, and it must have been an extra shock to find out that you have secondaries elsewhere as well. There are several of us Stage 4 secondary ladies on here, so don't feel alone! We're all here to support you in whatever way we can.
In here, you can rant, cry, moan and celebrate (and whatever else you want to do) without the fear of judgement and you'll always get helpful feedback from the lovely fruitloops who inhabit the thread (of which you are one now!)
Good luck for you first treatment today - you may well find that it's not as bad as you think it's going to be - the first one seems the worst as you have the fear of the unknown. I started a new chemo yesterday and I had to force myself to take the first tablet!!! But I'm okay today apart from a slight headache, so I survived!
Make sure you let your chemo team know if you don't feel well during the treatment, and contact them as soon as possible if you're concerned about anything afterwards e.g. sickness, temperature - they're there to help and won't worry if you do!
Massive hugs to you

;Love the before and after GIF!
Wishing you and your Mum a safe journey up to London today - hope it's a smooth one.
Big hugs to you both!
Thank you lovely fruitloops for your good wishes.
Good luck and big hugs to xxx
All done nd dusted. They conferred for quite a long time over the original BCC, had to ask the mole surgeon. (Funny pic comes to mind!) They decided to observe the original ( because they couldn't find it! and biopsy the new one. Review was meant to be Dex, but no appts, so Jan 23td. Happy with the that, as long as I know and am not endlessly waiting for a letter like last time!
LP enjoyed himself. Unfortunately while they were conferring, he took some instruments and the dermoscope, and shaved his leg with a scalpel!!Ne have himself a fright, and I had to find a dressing surreptitiously to apply. He was a bit subdued after that but cheered up when we went to B&Q on the way home. He found a trolley and was scooting up and down the aisles at top speed. Had a job catching him. He has had some lunch with us and fell, fast asleep. He will be back with you LondonLass in no time I hope he does not have too ice trouble with his leg!
