.
To all the lovely fruit loops - both those who post and those who lurk and read - I wish you all the very best of everything in 2019. May those who are NEDdies remain NEDdies, and those who are stable Mables also remain so for as long as possible.
2018 has certainly been an 'interesting' year - not sure that 2019 is going to be much different for me, but hey, life gives you what it gives you and there's no option but to get on with it!
I think we've probably all had enough lemons from life this year to put R White's production of lemonade in the shade!
I shall continue to make lemonade for as long as I possibly can and everyone is invited to have a glass or two!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!
I asked the anaesthetist for a nice Zinfandel.we were having a nice chat and it turns out he lives about a mile from me.he has a little baby and 2 older ones.i was going to ask if he needed a childminder but think the drugs /Zinfandel were kicking in by then as I was very woozy
Well done , now time to relax and celebrate the New Year tomorrow, when you will hopefully be home and out the other side! Xxxx
, good to see you around xxx
Lynn (Kacang) I think it's time to wish you.......
Hope 2019 is a Great Year or you and brings you Good Health and Happiness xxxxx
Only a few hours to go so
toxophilite, , Optimistic, wombat.23, JoDec, , seaspirit44, , Violetsniff, , Kacang, Ruby Rose , Snowys Mum, , , , Twinkle51, WhatHappened, , XjulieX and any other Fruit Loop who might read this. I would like to Thank You all for making me Smile throught out 2018 and I would like to offer you the last hug from me this year........
Now you'll have to wait until next year for another......Sorry
I agree with you WhatHappened about finding out who your real friends are. There were 5 people during my period of great unwellness who were right there next to me and my hubby, including one who took it upon herself to look after my mother when she was here (and that is no small challenge lol) so hubby didn't have to worry about her as well as me. On the other hand, there is this one person who I first met in 1985. We were very close friends until hubby had some mental health issues, when she dropped me like a hot potato. When I was then diagnosed with BC, another friend contacted her but I heard nothing. And the moral of the story is keep the good ones and let all the rest go - we don't need them.
And now it is 8.40 am on New Year's day here. So wishing everyone a happy, healthy, joyful, relaxing, interesting and fun 2019.
Lots of love to all the fruitloops.
Sending my New Years wishes to all you lovely fruitloops now as I may fall asleep soon though I doubt I’ll stay asleep as I’m bad enough in my own comfy bed so a hospital bed on a noisy ward? no chance.also I am still waiting for my IV antibiotics to be given.strange I need these tonight and apparently another dose in the morning when I wasn’t even down to be staying in originally.
Thankyou for all your support and just being there this year fruit loops - my cancer journey would have been much more scary and difficult without you all.
very best wishes for 2019 and onwards.
love Betty xxx
