Hi Cathy.
How did the sleep clinic go? When I did the overnight clinic 2 yrs ago found it difficult to drop off as in the cubicle next to me was an incredibly loud snorer ! I did have some sleep and woke up when the computer monitoring us went off at 6:00am.
I am on daily injections of innohep ( Tinzaparin) for four months initially.

Hi toxophilite I was really interested to hear about your problems with your feet.my feet hurt a lot of the time with burning soles and painful ankles. Nights are often the worst.i had a referral to podiatrist and she did lots of prodding and poking ,said she’d refer me for some special insoles but said it may be arthritis.i hadn’t even considered it could be that but if you were told that as well?lying in bed now with moderate aching so not too bad tonight.oh I also get cramp like you described .hope you’re fast asleep and don’t read this until tomorrow.sweet dreams everyone
Thanks Optimistic, and good luck for the mammo too, and hope you don't have to wait too long for results xx

Good news toxophilite! So pleased for you. Poor LP,maybe he will need a day in bed tomorrow! Sorry about your symptoms. Hope your GP can sort you out. Could it be a Kate effect if chemo? Good luck xxx

and toxophilite, I have insoles fora long standing problem due to fallen arches. I cannot walk barefoot at all, or wear sandals. The insoles worked well till the Letrozole started to bite, and now the pain is much much worse. I have been to the podiatrist 4 times in the last few months, needing an insole adjustment, back on Dec13th. Usually works as long as I wear tight,y laced shoes for extra support with the right number of socks for ballast. Nightmare remembering which and how many socks for each different shoe, if wrong pain comes back, if correct not too bad. But I definitely think another adjustment is due after all the walking I have done in London.
My other pains I attribute to peripheral neuropathy from the chemo,Taxo with numbness, and burning whic I attribute to Capecitabine, and it still had not gone! Better than in was though.Hands do not hurt, but my fingers don't work properly, can't turn pages, get money out of purses, or take off bottle tops, Think that's the chemo to ( cape not tax) thought he terrible soreness and redness if toes has(almost) gone.
What a mess, treatment has really major effects on us for some time, good luck both of you xxx
