Just a thought ...
Do you take any of your meds in the evening? I find if I take any too close to going to bed, I can't get to sleep for about 3 hours. I switched as many as possible to the morning but I still have to take one heart med and warfarin at night. I think I've just worked out that if I take them before 7pm, I go straight to sleep when I eventually go to bed. I wake up after 3 hours, so I still have to tackle that, but I might have solved the first part of the problem.
Hope you get some sleep xxx
Hi Lynn, hope you are well. I only take my Tramadol and Gabapentine before I settle for the night. Both of which in theory should help me to sleep! At the moment it's definitely the night sweats which are waking me, once I've gone to sleep! As for actually dropping off I just think I have to face the fact that sometimes these things take time!Â
Maybe this is just the way it is! Hope you have a lovely day xxxx
That'll be me then! On a positive note it's my last day of work before a much needed long weekend!
Hope everyone else had a better night xxx
Had slightly better night thanks. In between flushes/sweats
No early morning lifts from son.
However slept through alarm so younger son up late for school.
Just can't get it right!
How come you can sleep through an alarm?? But be awake when you should be asleep
I might be wrong, but my guess would be it's called EXHAUSTION!! Your body telling you to sleep while it can
Â
I'm sure your younger son will cope! Not to mention is he not old enough to have his own alarm clock
Well glad you managed some sleep! Hope you have a lovely day xxxx
Urgh! I feel like that and still have another long day before the weekend!! You have yourself a good one!! Xx
Karen
Lying here dripping with sweat
Feeling so fed up! I thought the Venlafaxine was doing something but the sweats are getting worse not better! Today is supposed to be hotter than yesterday
I'm meant to be going out for lunch, which I should be happy about.......instead I'm worried about how many not flushes I will have to try and deal with during the meal
It's embarrassing and I've just had enough!
