Sorry everyone, rant coming on!

The absolute cockwombles, wazzaks, w*****s at my mortgage lenders really take the biscuit!! I am furious !! Due to their intransigence I have to pay off the mortgage. Kept waiting, then adviser full of office and rules speak. By this time I needed the loo and he refused despite the Maccy card 'security'. Has to go to a Costa and suspend the interview!  And Oh No we could not pay it off there and then 'rules' . To,d to go home and use online banking. They ARE a bank!!!!!!!Then have to wait for paperwork to come through before taking any further action, 2 weeks !!!!!!!No apology for not having let me know some important information by letter earlier. Can't even trace  it on the system, blame the post, not  their fault!!!! It seemed to me he put obstacles in my way all the time,

At least I did not have a meltdown, but must have come across as pretty aggressive. Fed up with being p****d around by these jobsworths!!! At least it is an improvement on the last two times I had to go to that place when I ended up in floods of tears.

A hug would have been lovely Optimistic but unfortunately I can’t go to the meet up now on Wednesday.my poor son is coming round as it’s his day off.we were preparing for him to move back home at the end of the month with his partner so they could save up to buy a house but they’ve decided to split up which has shocked us all and I want to spend some time with him before I go to Portugal on Thursday for a few days.i will see my ‘Manchester fruitloops’ soon I promise. 

Oh seaspirit44 What an insensitive idiot and incompetent bank - on so many levels. I have a litlle dammit doll produced by my local cancer charity which you can knock the stuffing out of. Will send it over - not going to make a difference to how you were treated but makes me feel better when I use it
