So sorry you’re feeling ‘meh’ BoxOfFrogs , hope you’re having advice and help from your team?
I’ve found my fingernails are really struggling, have been trying a trick learnt from Lacomtekp but it’s not seeming to stop the splitting, one of the worst problems is breaking into the bubble packs of tablets, now that I’m taking so many!
Ah well. Will add that to the list to discuss with oncologist next Tuesday.

Thanks, Karen22 , think I’ll invest!
I’ve come to the conclusion you need a holiday to get over a holiday! But I have been away all but 3 weeks…. It’s good though a bit strange, to be home

Very sleepy today after doing some light work in the allotment yesterday. Feel better for it. And have a few offers of help from folk to do the bits I can't (not allowed to put strain on my back at all) and the friend I share the plot with has her own limitations - really bad arthritic hip. So there's hope we can keep the plot up to scratch this year!!
Scans tomorrow but it's more the results I'm anxious about. Managing to deal with the anxiety spiral I'd gotten into now I know what it is, so no huge meltdowns the last few days.
Going to bed and hoping my lovely cat comes and snuggles.
Hope everyone is doing okay, xxx
BoxOfFrogs good you and your friend have offers of help on your allotment… and you’re getting on top of managing your anxiety, which has such a debilitating affect when it takes hold no matter what the cause.
We are going to have another glorious day weatherwise although not usual for end of April. Definitely an outdoors day.
Shout out to … seaspirit44 Grogg LondonLass Sabrina22
I remember someone asking about Violetsniff not too long ago but see she hasn’t been on for some time now. Anyone in touch with her?
Wishing everyone as good a day as possible.
