Hard to realise it’s two years today since hubs died. I’ve been comforted by love from his brother and our family, and also greatly comforted by knowing we created such loving, thoughtful, talented children.

Sabrina22 I take ibandronic acid once a month, I have to take it on an empty stomach and stay upright and not eat for an hour afterwards so I take it when I get up and go and walk the dog, then come back and get ready for work. I haven’t noticed any major side effects like the ladies who have 3 or 6 month infusions seem to have so I’m grateful for that x
moomy sending hugs to you. Time goes quickly but the grief is still there. It takes a lot of time. And when you have spent as long a time as you were married it's such a change. I see this with my mum.
Yesterday my mum and my other sister and I with a few grandkids gathered to sprinkle my dads ashes at the crem where his dad is. A very emotional day. It's only been 10 months. I know everyone is different in how they cope and circumstances are not always the same but just letting you know that sending hugs xx
