Hi mommy
Happy birthday from Taffy Cat and me x
VickiLynne
So glad all went (fairly) smoothly, Katy!
Thank you everyone for the warm Birthday wishes, (yes I know I gave the game away myself about being 75!!!! Don't know how that happened, I thought I'd have been bumped off well before now, for bad behaviour, lol!) I've had a lovely phone chat with my big brother from the USA too....now for the Zoom with the family to open my presents......

Soooo pleased to hear from you, was really worried. Sorry you are struggling. Big hugs, gentle ones! xxx
Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!
you will need a prescription for melatonin. They generally won't give you more than a month. And roses - hmmmm, my manx eats them. If I get sent flowers I have to research everything and bin the ones he can't eat.
vitamin C works well for constipation. During chemo I was taking 8-9,000mg, now take 4,000mg due to meds. Start at about 4,000 and increase until you get diarorreah(?) then back off slightly. Added benefit to immune system - I've had a couple of mild colds (and what I think was covid in Dec) in the last 3 years.
moomy a very happy birthday!!
and sorry to hear you are struggling so much. Glad you're home and safe.
Digging was hot work today, may need to find a shady patch or give it a miss tomorrow.

A very happy lockdown birthday to your granddaughter seaspirit44 ! a very good time of year to have a birthday as you often get some reasonably good weather (today has been glorious!)
I’ve had a lovely though quiet day, but actually had an outing!!!! We went out to fill the car up with fuel! And it was a ridiculously low price too! But we had to pump up the tyres first as the poor thing has been sat still for 9 weeks!
Opened my presents with the family on Zoom this evening, bless them all

Wishing you a very Happy 75th Birthday moomy, I hope you have had a good birthday.... if the weather was anything like here, well the sun would certainly of been shining on you.
To all our dear Fruit Loops, I am so behind with the threads, not to mention my paperwork.... I must be the only person that has so much paperwork to do, that if I had started this at the start of lockdown my life could now be care free with no fears of so many people breathing down the back of my neck.... but no, no, I've been doing 'nothing', nothing other than... thinking I don't want to spend my time working if I don't know what's going to happen, I've been behaving like I'm on holiday, it's so not good...
How can I get on and do this work, after all, once it is done.... it's done, and so much stress off my shoulders.
Answers on a post card arrrgh... I spend too much time procrastinating, then 'thinking how to do it' - I've made lists of what I need to do and get confused with what's on my list or what I should be doing and guess what, after all this 'nothingness' I am shattered and think, I'll have a nap.
(I'm not sure if it was you Northerner or you that said on one of the posts that I should read a small article .... I can't for the life of me find the post, I've looked and looked.
Thats my story dear Fruit Loops .... now back to the birthday greetings....
Going to grab some Sleep Fairy dust and try to get an early night.
Sending love to all - Nighty Night xxx
