AWAKE.........

Morning. I've done my last ,for now, injection with OH cringing next to me. So it's all uphill now till the next time. I can file the spread sheet though I need to add temperature to next one, I missed it over the last few days. 

It has made me think though am I taking stuff I don't need? Or am I only doing well because I'm taking it? Or is it that I'm just " tough as old boots" as my consultant said.

I am very waffy, I wouldn't get far in a 100 yard race never mind a marathon but I'm delighted I can look forward to a pretty good Christmas provided no one gets snotty.

Out for coffee with an NQT who starts training as an Ofsted Inspector after Christmas. Where did that time go?

Good morning....

What a strange day yesterday was....

We caught a storm....driving winds and rain that blew heavy furniture into the swimming pool. Luckily we didn't have to fish it out as house manager arrived as we spotted it but I think if we could understand Portuguese, it must have been a named storm.

Later in the afternoon it was calmer and we needed to walk a bit so we went to a local hillside town. It had stopped raining but it does get dark early. Suddenly as walked along, we were thrown into a magical fairyland.....we knew there were some lights and we'd seen the the snowman carcass but we hadn't realised every tree was strung with tiny lights too.

I hope you can get the effect from the collage but just in case.........

am ok…it’s a big step to change dentist but I will. We have a family Denplan which will change and may become more expensive which is my concern…

theres 2 dentists that are under the ‘Integrated Care Board’ I’m pursuing, but not great timing…

im not often here as I sleep well…
