, sorry you are struggling tonight. Have you written down a list of things that you would like to ask your Oncologist? I always forget to do this and then get frustrated when I leave my appointment and realise that I forgot to ask about all the things worrying me! If you fancy company tomorrow, LP would be happy to join you?
On another subject..........
Is anyone else on Oramorph or any other drug that gives you DRY mouth! I mean sandpaper dry, those that suffer will know what I mean! If so, any solutions? I take a dose of Oramorph every night to help with breakthrough pain and it's working BUT 30mins after taking it my mouth is bone dry and my nasal passages, sorry difficult to explain. But it's very uncomfortable and makes going to sleep, even more difficult! Any bright ideas?? Xxxx
Snowys Mum, My not so little Fur baby LOVES cucumber, as well as Corn on the Cob from a well known takeaway...........
She probably needs slightly bigger slices than your Furry Friends though! Xxxxx
LondonLass glad am not the only one who is wide awake. Will do in the morning, I only have three questions. Counting down to my six am breakfast...hope you find a remedy for a dry mouth, have you tried an ice cube.
Well , get those written down in the morning otherwise if you are anything like me you will ask 1 then get distracted by something the Onco is saying and forget the others!
Heres a little friend to slip into your pocket......
Good Luck Hun, I really hope the appointment goes well and you get what you need from it! ((((((((((BIG HUGS))))))))))
Now try to sleep!
Oh and ice or water doesn't really work, 3 seconds later my mouth is dry again! But thanks for trying xxxxxxx
