23:02 and WIDE AWAKE. Have been feeling a little anxious as I am seeing my oncologist tomorrow. So decided to watch a bit of light hearted TV - something called Hotel dating, I think it was on channel 4. As it happens one of the contestants had lost their partner to Leukemia. Bang...I just can't sleep now.
