Hi Violetsniff
Thanks for your lovely post , I have never been to the ballet or seen a full production in the Cinema , must start a TO DO list and add Ballet to it . Really must start being more proactive and do quality things . Although between my aqua aerobics and coffee with friends and of course spending time with my dear husband - not much time left but I should look to do at least one new activity once a month .
Well must try and get some sleep but younger son (36) now home for Christmas- has gone out with old friends tonight , so I will probably listen for him coming home - doesn’t bother me when he is in Wales !!!
Elder son (39) sleeping as has an essay to write for uni .
So sweet Dreams
love

I am full of cold typical! I manage to avoid it for months then as soon as I stop work and relax.....BAM I get a crappy cold! Oh well could be worse! I'll try and keep smiling!
Hoping that EVERYONE else is doing okay and have some nice plans for today! I have a hospital appointment at 9.50 then I shall come home and relax! Have my lovely sister, bro in law and nieces coming over for a few hours! Nieces get to open their presents from us So that'll be nice!
Sending Love and Hugs to all.

Happy Christmas Eve everyone .off to my local Tesco for last minute bits like fresh bread.eeuugh.still it’s only a couple of minutes walk from here.
if my cat Mia tries to take one more bauble off the tree we may be having an alternative to turkey tomorrow
Well looks like Santa is getting ready to begin his deliveries in a few hours. I believe Kacang, you will be the first of the Fruit Loops to get a Santa visit! Remember Off to bed nice and early!

Oh Dear , I just hope she doesn't take Santas Bauble.......... That might be painful!!!
Yes only 6 hours to go here LondonLass
I love Christmas, although I don't do the big family gathering. There will just be himself and I and one friend whose arrangements fell through. Even though it's scheduled to be about 33C here tomorrow, I'll be making the turkey roast with trimmings. We don't do the Christmas pud though - I prefer a light dessert - so I've made raspberry mousse (Mary Berry's recipe) and sauternes jelly with citrus (Michel Roux). Very English lol. I've also made a ginormous fruit cake with marzipan and icing, plus a paste snowman for the top, as my hubby LOVES Christmas cake. I'll have one or two slices over the next couple of weeks. He'll polish off the rest.
I hope everyone here has the best ever Christmas - favourite food, great presents, no family fights, good health. With lots of love to all.
My problem with the naughty step is ............. I am more than likely sat on it
To all your amazing Fruit Loops who share so much love, friendship and support on here a little bit of Shakin'. Me I am happily galloping to this
