Hi Croxley, sorry to hear you are having another bad night! Me too!! I managed to get through this evening with no major hot flushes and stupidly thought that maybe they were over with. Then no sooner have I gone to bed then the sweating began 
 dripping down my face and neck, wet arms, legs and back......horrid, just horrid!
Have my next Zoladex injection today, the last 2 have made the pain and flushes worse  Surely things can't get any worse?!Â
Anyway I hope you managed a bit more sleep! It's just exhausting, this  waking every few hours. Oh and I totally get the going from hot to freezing cold! It's like our bodies have no thermastat!Â

I think this little cartoon explains a hot flush! Although only a mild one, because those of us with MAJOR hot flushes know, we would be dripping with sweat and fanning like mad at this point!!
Oh and of course we wouldn't be silly enough to have a boiling hot drink!! Or at least I wouldn't, those days are long gone!
Time to try and get back to sleep xxxx
