Hi Seespirit, Weeblemum,.
With a very heavy heart, I can see a HUGE pile of ironing, from where I am lying on the bed. It's waving 'ciao, ciao' at me.
My husbanddefrosted some meat, which needs to be made into a ragu (am Italian), and going a bit loopy that chores need to be done. Hubby is out with the kids, and if I do any chores he'll will be sooo annoyed with me. I have already said I am going to work on Monday.
Our car broke down on the way to hospital this morning, had to collect my antibiotic. So took the bus back into town with the children then stopped into town to buy a gift card (for a birthday party this afternoon, nothing like last minute), stopped at Tesco for a few bits for lunch, then again to another pharmacy for the Exastamene. Cooked lunch too. Have not moved since from bed
Trying to be good and not misbehave xxxx
I have to say that still sounds as if you're doing too much given that you have an infection. You are vulnerable to all sorts of things - I would say have some time off work if at all possible - at least whilst you're on antibiotics!
Chores can wait - they'll only need doing again anyway.
You need to look after yourself at the moment...
And as weeblemum says, do look after yourself. It sounds like you have had a very busy and stressful day already xxx
the ironing and other chores can wait, please try to rest up while you have this infection it will help your body to fight it. Better to wait a few days then a lot longer if the infection doesn't clear. Your certainly very busy day you've had.
Take care and sending you a gentle hug I hope you can feel better soon
Been to Manchester to see Officer and A Gentleman The Musical .Bit odd for us as it wasn't Morrissey was good fun though. Gutted to find Liam Gallagher playing at Old Trafford tonight though missed out there xxx
Hope everyone ok Ask so proud of you getting so far look after yourself you're so at the end of everything now so you'll have to rest and be looked after by everyone else xx xxx
