Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!
Optimistic, all this messing about is very stressful and just what yiu don't need at the moment, or any time really. Why can't people do their jobs properly? Xx

Cathy, so glad you are finally back home. Hospitals are the least restful places aren't they.
My assessment seemed to go okay. It was a home one. The lady was really nice, she had been a nurse for 30 years, both my daughters were there as well. Figured I had nothing to lose by applying. Just have to wait and see now.
seaspirit44 I agree. Your random words always make me smile
Same with your pics.
LondonLass Waiting for results totally sucks.
How awful. Really sad. It's just so horrible.
Optimistic I hate the way companies can just take extra money out of your account when they feel like it. Hope you get it sorted. I had a problem with my council tax, they said I had underpaid, I said I hadn't. I hadn't got the paperwork I needed. Anyway got worried and cancelled my direct debit, lucky I did as they tried to take £900 out! Finally got it sorted and received over £300 back as I had actually overpaid, which is what I'd said all along.
On a random note, I go every Saturday to have my picc flushed. Sometimes they do it on the ward, sometimes in the waiting room. One of the nurses was telling me that they are having a sink put in the waiting room at a cost of £70,000!!! No wonder the NHS is strapped for cash.
Oh ,
What awful news to have been given about one of the lads your daughter skated with. And a baby who is so young to be losing their Dad so young. I hope the chemo can give him as much life as possible in his 6 month life expectancy.
Please don't apologize for the 'moan', my goodness you have every right to moan about this horrible disease. I yes it must make you feel helpless, but your not. Simply being there as someone to talk to would as you know mean a lot to him.
Sending some gentle hugs. ( sorry can't send pictures on my phone at the moment ) but sending you some loving hugs xxx
, hope you get your pip. Glad you had someone nice and knowledgable, whi hear such awful stories.
Good luck with your next treatments xxx
