Thank you Londonmumof2 that's good to know. Not sleeping us a trigger for my son's seizures too. So much to learn. TY xx
That sounds about right moomy as they usually say it takes a out 12wks for tablets to build up in your system. So it would take about the same length of time for them to leave your system!! Really glad the cramps are easing! I know how painful, foot cramps are! Xxx
Hi all, hope you are all enjoying your weekend! Mine has been a bit rough. Nothing out of the ordinary, just feeling a bit fed up with everything!
So to give myself a giggle I found some of the old pics that I have shared on here before. However I thought some of you newer ladies might enjoy a laugh!
I'm 48 and have been in a medically induced menopause for the last 7years!!! But the hot flushes have been around for almost 10years......surely they can't last forever!!! Can they??
Anyway, enjoy......
Someone needs to find this fairy and shoot her!!

See how many of the following apply to you...

Well I think I can put a tick next to most of those!!
How about these....

Hope these made someone smile today! Or at least made you realise that you are not going mad, you're just part of the Menopause Team!! What Fun!! Sal xxxx
I can totally relate to the Menopause mutterings and checklist and I agree with you about the fairy. Hope you got some sleep last night.

seaspirit44 I hope your meds are with you now?How difficult for you..
was it LondonLass who was saying about having bites keeping you awake?sorry can’t find it now….well,I found through many trial and errors that white vinegar was the only thing which took away the itch!
The summer I had my DIEP was so miserable as there was a heatwave and I was eaten alive.I couldn’t sleep.Anyway…somebody told me about a carpet spray (you have to ventilate room and basically go out for a couple of hours-reading dieprections)and even though the odd one comes in afterwards, they don’t seem to bite.
It is called “StayKill”
needs repeating after a few months I found.
