Daisy53  glad you recovering.  I've been reading back trying to catch up !

Such a coincidence today.  I was pottering with front flower bed and hubby sitting on step supervising .  Then a man in wheelchair & wife came past and somehow started chatting to hubby.  They are newish to area and he was saying how he'd had an accident and broken C3/4 in his neck hence his need for chair though he can walk a bit.  Hubby broke C3/4 along with T10/11/12 5 years ago.  They swapped stories that the spinal cord injury more impactful than breaks.  They are the same age and he seemed relieve to speak to someone who understood not just the physical impact but the mental side too and the low days and tiredness and to see my hubby walking about .  Funny how the universe works. 

in other news my daughter went yo Beyoncé concert.  She had to leave an hour early due to panic attack but she did it.  These steps all helping her leave house as she's been stuck in for 2 years .

Well done to your daughter for going to the concert. It’s the small steps that count isn’t it.

 Lacomtekp  I meant to say about Peace roses, they really are big souls, but the perfume is lovely. It was my Dads favourite rose out of all the ones he had, but he said it seemed to get greenfly easily. 

A good choir rehearsal, and I managed to get Goldie-van off and back onto the drive, the workmen cutting a slot in the pavement for the internet cable blocked over for me, watching carefully as of course Goldie is heavier than the average car!
