Loving all the pirate jokes. Made Mr think of the Arthur Ransome books. I loved those as a child.

I am a rubbish cook but I made a festive Salmon and mushroom en croute in honour of LPs birthday. I have to say it was actually really tasty. My husband was in shock that I had created something edible!!
