Sorry I'm not able to just yet. Going back to the clinic on Friday. Maybe a meet up in Summer in London might be more doable for some at this end if the country? Just started reading a great book, explains how illness starts.
It starts in the energy field or subtle body. Anyway might not be for everyone. Xx
Sorry LondonLass can’t make the 5th April. Have a Fab meet-up though.

Moomy
Owww moomy I'm sorry you have been lonely - I reckon its the oncoming of spring .... everyone is trying to wake up and blossom in to spring or if like me sleeping all the time. ..... I started this post at 1:30am 'ish and then got distracted came to make sure computer is turned off as its now 4:00 am!! ..... and hey presto here is my half wrote post arrrghhhh
With this said, I will say Nighty Night to you and all the Fruit Loops and hope you are all having a peaceful nights sleep.... quick cup of tea and I'm on my way ...
Arrrgh I meant to update you on mum's ENT appointment for her hearing..... and to say thank you for the good wishes.
Well, it wasn't as I expected... I thought they would do all sort of test plus look inside her ears - even photograph them (don't know why I thought this) but seen as though an ENT appointment I expected it to be look inside more, etc.....
Well mum got a hearing test from a really kind and polite young lady (I felt she had not long started as she wasn't too sure of things). After this we went to the ENT consultant - he looked in both mum's ear within 30 seconds and said looking at mum's hearing aids she may benefit from having a moulded ear piece to cut out background noise. He said they will write to the audiology department and ask them to arrange this.
I asked if buying hearing aids would be better (and quicker - I can't stand all the arguing and upset the not hearing - or I'm not talking properly - thinking this may just bring back some normality) - his reply was why spend your money when we can do this..... and these are the type of words mum has no problem in hearing so we shall see
and......
Happy Mothering Sunday to all you Mother's

Happy Mothering Sunday to all you daughters and mother's. I do get what you are saying about miscommunication. My mother i took for her hearing test, when she was alive. Sensorineural hearing loss they said, she got the hearing aids and wore them 2 or 3 times when I insisted. When I questioned this she said ' Well Carolyn doesn't wear hers.
She had Alzheimer's as well. Was very quirky which isn't surprising in a way, in view of the life she had.. All I would say is getting the easiest to understand and operate hearing aids has to be the best for her. My mother's allas sat in a drawer along with alarm call button she should have had around her neck. Christmas with her and my Autistic son were stressful at times because of misunderstandings. She blaming me for something. Anyway I don't regret any time I spent with her. Loved her till her last breath.
Walked around Eastbourne yesterday, 8,900 steps, knackered in the evening. We didn't sleep well the night before, it worked both slept well last ght. Xxx
