Hi,
I have recently been diagnosed with a meningioma and wondered if any one could give me some advice. As of yet I have had no follow up appointment since being diagnosed and feel completely in the dark regarding my condition.
My head has been in agony all wk end a no pain relief is working! Is this pain normal and what will help?
Hello CreativeKat
I am Brian, one of the Community Champions here on the Online Community. I have just noticed your post has gone unanswered. I can't give you an answer myself as I have a different cancer, however by me replying your post will be "bumped up" to the top of the page and I hope be seen and answered by other members of the brain cancer group.
I can only suggest you contact the PALS team (Patient Advisory and Liaison Service) at your local hospital and see if they can speed up your follow up appointment.
Best wishes - BrIan.

HI CreativeKat
I would second Millibob's advice and suggest you reach out to your medical team if you are suffering pain.
If you can't get hold of them even try calling your GP.
No one should be left in pain.
love n hugs
