My husband's cancer has recently spread to his brain. How do other members manage their frustration. I feel bad that I cry when things get bad.

Don't ever feel bad for crying. Expressing emotions is healthy as it means that you are processing things and not bottling it all up- even if it doesn't feel like it. I cried oceans of tears when G was diagnosed and in the early stages of his journey.
Our situation was different, G was diagnosed with a primary stage 4 brain tumour and I supported him throughout the 3 years of his journey. This community was a huge support to me personally as was the group Cancer carers forum | Macmillan Online Community .
