Hi all, first time on community. I was diagnosed with bowel cancer in July 2024, after emergency operation ended up with ileostomy. Cancer has since spread to lining of stomach and into both lungs. Nothing can be done and I am on palliative chemo. Just finished course 22 (I had a 3 month break as blacked out and broke my right shoulder). I am frightened as tiredness is getting worse, its constant, if I sit down I fall asleep. I know my body needs sleep but its taking over my life. Don't know what to do. Any advice would be grateful
