Just been diagnosed with a rare goblet cell cancer stage 4 and about to start chemo on Monday, was wondering if anyone else has this type of cancer or had any experience with knowing anyone else with it? Any advice really?
Hi
Sorry to hear about your diagnosis but a big welcome to the forum and hope we can offer you some support . I think there might have been the odd person over the years .Is it an appendix primary ? Quite often people follow the same protocol as stage 4 bowel cancer patients and find it a good fit for sharing advise on treatment etc .
From what I understand it’s a similar pathway for stage 4 bowel patients so you may find some of the side effects management quite useful .
All the very best with your chemo . Do you know the name of the chemo you are having ?
Take care ,
