Hi everyone
I'm Steph from the Community team
Here is a new thread for carers, family and friends. This is a space for you to chat, share experiences and support each other through issues related to your loved ones bowel cancer. The previous thread will shortly be locked as it was getting rather long which can make it difficult to navigate.
Please remember that we also have other dedicated spaces on the Community for carers, family and friends. These spaces exist so you can support each other away from members of the forum who might be dealing with their own cancer diagnosis:
Supporting someone with incurable cancer forum
You would be welcome to set up another new thread like this in one of the above forums. Please just let us know if you would like any help?
We hope you will continue to find lots of support from each other and the Community. We're here to help, so please do let us know if you have any questions or support needs by emailing us at community@macmillan.org.uk
Please take him I feel so much better can't explain in being in nature away from the house and other dog walkers even though Hugo takes a dislike to certain dogs x
Just love Hugo. He is gorgeous. Unfortunately Rufus wants to be everyone’s friend and goes beserk when someone comes in. Just took him up the road and it was hard work with noises etc. I can’t seem to leave the room without him crying for me. Oh why did I do this, I know you can talk to them and they don’t answer back and tell you your secrets. Hugo is curly whereas Rufus is really not and after a brush is quite straight lol. He is now bringing twigs in from the garden, lovely lol xx

rufus after he made a mess in his crate, needed a bath lol xx
Hugo is the same howling if we leave room when we go to hospital we have a friend dog sit thankyou for today Rufus you made me smile x
Here is a video of the mess in this other room he brings in and a toy we put treats in which he bangs to get out of the hole. The grandchildren popped round with thermometer as I thought Les temp was high but he says he is just warm. They only stayed 5 mins. Wish it could have been longer xx
It was too large to send but it is a wonder I have any furniture left. Xx
