Good morning all.
Nice subject to start the day
I had an APR operation on new years eve and have started the Me+ exercise program and some Kegel exercises to get my pelvic floor into some kind of working mode again.
Is anyone aware of any other exercises that can work? Progress seems very slow for me (I am an impatient sod) and just wondering if anyone has had any further tips to aid recovery.

There’s some exercises on pages 15 & 16 of this booklet. Excuse the question but is it for bowel control? If so you need to focus on strengthening your anal muscles as described in the book as well as things like pelvic tilts? If it’s just pelvic muscles then you sound to be doing the right things - patience my friend
