Avatar? It’s that what the image is called, I thought it was a film, that’s a photo of a sea cliff walk in Devon near to where we live now....Budge

How was your swim ? There is a real chill in the air up here now . I managed a swim and surf in the sea two weeks ago . I so enjoyed it . Lovely big waves too . Also a wee bit kayaking before the waves came .

court, swim is tomorrow. Outdoor pool at David Lloyd. Going at lunchtime hoping there won’t be many there. Love swimming in the sea, but holiday this year postponed, so it will have to be next year. 

My postponed 3 year colonoscopy is in 2 weeks. Husband has been having bowel symptoms and we await his CT results. They wanted to do his colonoscopy on the same day! He is having his in October. My CT was fine, I’m more worried about his results than mine!
