Help with Travel Expenses

Hi ,

Sorry to ask for help again ,

I dont know what to do ,

Ive been told to claim back travelling expenses , ive had to drive 500 miles in a week ! Back n forth to the hospital multiple times and thats without the normal appointments

Im not working and im in debt as it is ,

Ive filled in a HTC5 T form but i dont know where to send it or what to include

Please don’t apologise for posting Clair2024 - that’s what the boards here for. It looks like you can either take the form and receipts etc. to the General office at the hospital where you had your treatment or you can post it to the address on the form? - see nhs link below.

Personally I think I’d ring the Macmillan support desk just to check that you’ve got everything you need rather than risk it getting returned or delayed for some reason?
