Peeling fingers

I'm on my 3rd cycle of capecitabine, I've been following lots of advice I've found on this site, on line etc but my fingers still feel weird and my finger tips are peeling.

I've tried primrose oil, bio oil, calamine solution, normal moisturisers such as Ulay etc

Just wondered if anyone has found anything else useful ? Thanks, Carog

Try vitamin b6, Pyridoxine? This was prescribed for my sore hands.

Hope it works.it was a real nuisance when they were so cracked I couldnt even swipe my phone screen etc as I just didnt seem to be making contact.

Hi Carog

i use Udderly Soft, which I had prescribed with my pack of drugs for the side effects. It’s lovely non greasy and sinks into your sink beautifully.

like Katz51 I struggled using my phone, it wouldn’t recognise my fingerprint to unlock!

hope they feel better soon.

The finger print thing is so weird isnt it.I was starting to wonder if I should take up burglary.

Couldnt even read my books on kindle as couldnt turn the pages.

Just a comment, my fingerprints keep coming and going still after 18 months!! Can always tell, when I can't log into my phone.......

Mine too .Its 18mths now and still cant always make contact with a screen.
