I was just diagnosed with secondary bone mets this week. I’m in shock/denial at present and didn’t really get the chance to ask questions at my appointment with the Oncologist. I’ve been trying to get in touch with the clinical nurse specialist but she hasn’t phoned me back and now it’s the weekend. I know I’ll get my head round it. I went through the same situation when my liver mets were diagnosed.

Hi Elderberry8, I am also on this drug with Adcal, I was due to have my 3rd one last week but the nurse couldn’t do it because I had mentioned that I had some jaw ache, visit to dentist and all good so she is coming tomorrow but other than that I have had no side effect

i too have secondary breast cancer in my spine and I am on Abemaciclib lower dose for now and Letrozole and I feel lucky as so far I am managing well
